Gulnar Erkosayevna Mukusheva graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Transportation Management, Traffic Operations and Transport Operations. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the private institution Karaganda Bolashak University.
She began her career in 2006, working in government bodies and commercial organizations in the Karaganda Region.
She has worked in the civil service since 2018. She served as a Leading Specialist in the Economic Development and Analysis Division of the Office of the Akim of the Karaganda Region, and as a Chief Specialist in the Public Procurement and Legal Support Division of the Karaganda Region Department of Passenger Transport and Highways.
From 2021 to 2022, she held positions at the Economic Research Institute JSC.
She has worked at the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2022. In 2023, she was appointed Chief Consultant of the Department of Economic Sectors.
