Prudential standards of other participants of financial market

In accordance with Article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 105-V dated June 21, 2013, “On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the following prudential requirements are established that voluntary accumulative pension funds must comply with:

• capital adequacy ratio;
• investment limits.

In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 498-V dated April 9, 2016, “On the Postal Service,” the following prudential requirements are established that the national postal operator must comply with:

• minimum authorized capital requirement;
• own funds adequacy ratio;
• liquidity ratio.

Organizations performing certain types of banking operations on the basis of a license issued by the authorized regulatory authority for the regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial institutions must comply with the following prudential requirement:

• minimum authorized capital requirement.
