In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2019 No. 263 “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, Microfinance Activities and Taxation”, The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market is the assignee under international treaties and agreements previously concluded on behalf of the National Bank Republic of Kazakhstan with central banks, regulatory and supervisory bodies of other states, international and other organizations information and exchange of information, including confidential information constituting commercial secrets in the securities market, bank secrecy, insurance secrecy or other secrets protected by law, necessary for the exercise of control and supervision of banking activities, activities of insurance market participants, securities market entities and organizations engaged in microfinance activities.
Currently, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market is a party to 44 international agreements, treaties, and memoranda.
