How to write an appeal?

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan considers applications:

 

 - with claims for the activities of second-tier banks, organizations for certain types of banking operations, microfinance organizations, participants in the insurance market, securities market, accumulative pension funds, carried out on the basis of licenses obtained in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- containing the full name and signature of the applicant (for legal entities - on the letterhead indicating the full name of the legal entity), his return address (actual place of residence).

 

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan does not consider:

 

- anonymous appeal, except for cases, where such appeal contains information about forthcoming or committed crimes or a threat to state or public security and which is subject to immediate referral to state bodies in accordance with their competence;

- appeal, which does not state the essence of the issue;

- repeated appeals, if they do not provide new arguments or newly discovered circumstances, and if the materials of the previous appeal contain exhaustive audit materials and the applicants were given answers in the prescribed manner;

- appeal, the issues of which are not within the competence of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the activities of microfinance organizations that have not been registered with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main part of the appeal, in which it is necessary to indicate:

• full name of the financial institution or position, surnames and initials officials, whose actions are appealed;
• motives of the appeal and claims.

Note:

• the appeal can be made in the state and russian languages ​​and sent by any type of communication (mail, fax, electronic - if there is an electronic digital signature);
• the content of the appeal is presented in any form;
• the appeal can be made both in writing (by hand) and in print;
• at request of the applicant, additional documents and materials in support of the application (contracts, agreements, correspondence with financial organizations, in copies) may be attached to the application;
• an appeal can be submitted in person to the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market or to the Office of Regional Representatives of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market in _______
• the time for consideration of the appeal is stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On procedure for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities”.
