The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites all civil servants with at least one year of experience to apply for a grant in one of 10 master's programs or 3 doctoral programs.

 The Academy annually updates and improves its educational programs based on domestic and world trends in the field of public administration and politics.  Thus, this year the Academy is training in the following educational programs:

 with a term of study of one year:

 "State Management" - Master of Public Management;

 "Anti-Corruption Policy" - Master of Anti-Corruption Policy;

 "International Relations" - Master of International Relations;

 "Human Resource Management" - Master of Human Resource Management;

 * "Regional Development" - Master of Regional Development.

 with a training period of two years:

 "Public Administration" - Master of Public Administration

 "Public Policy" - Master of Public Policy;

 "Economics" - Master of Economics;

 "Regional Development" - Master of Regional Development;

 * "Regional Leadership" - Master of Regional Leadership;

 with a training period of three years:

 "Public Administration" - Doctor of Public Administration;

 "Economics" - Doctor of Economics;

 “International Relations” - Doctor of International Relations.

 * Training is carried out at the expense of other sources of funding.

 In case of admission to study at the Academy, the student is given the opportunity to save a job, receive a scholarship in the amount of an official salary, receive an education from a highly qualified teaching staff, and undergo an internship with world-class experts.

 Documents required for admission (Reception of documents BEFORE JULY 10, 2020):

 -Statement

 -Copy of higher education document

 -Copy of IELTS / TOEFL certificate or registration for APTIS

 -Document confirming employment

 -Medical certificate form 086-U

 -Direction of a government agency

 -Written work of the applicant:

 For MASTERS - motivational essay, subject essay

 For DOCTORS - essay, research proposal

SELECTION STARTED FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL YOUTH PERSONNEL RESERVE

The reception of applications for participation in the selection to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve has started.

An automated online platform for collecting documents was launched to receive documents from participants.

The online platform has an intuitive interface and is easy to use.

On the main page of the site, the candidate can get acquainted with the data on the selection process for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve in the form of infographics: how and who can participate, what are the timing and stages of selection.

The registration procedure is simplified as much as possible.

The candidate must provide his / her personal data, such as full name, IIN, preferred language for passing the selection stages and, most importantly, a valid email address and mobile phone.

It is also important to read and accept the consent to the storage and processing of data and the user agreement by ticking the appropriate checkboxes.  Without accepting these requirements, the candidate cannot take part in the President's youth personnel reserve.

To participate in the selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, candidates need to register on the PKRezerv.kz website.
