To date, the epizootic situation for particularly dangerous animal diseases in the region is safe, which allows us to successfully implement programs in the livestock industry and freely export products and raw materials produced in our region.
In accordance with the approved plans, measures are being taken to diagnose farm animals. 293.1 thousand heads of cattle and 339.6 thousand heads of Small cattle were studied for brucellosis.
Work is underway to vaccinate farm animals against diseases such as rabies, gangrene, anthrax, nodular dermatitis, deworming against echinococcosis, diagnostic studies against tuberculosis and glanders.
Forced disinfection was carried out at 79 sites where positive animals were kept on an area of 22.6 thousand square meters.
One of the main tasks is to record the actual livestock of farm animals with the maintenance of a database of identification of farm animals in the portal mode.
Over the past period of 2020, identification was carried out for 111.9 thousand heads of Cattle or 72 % of the annual plan (Plan 155.6 thousand heads); Small Cattle -125.9 thousand heads or 59% (plan 213.2 thousand heads); pigs — 15.9 thousand heads or 34% (47.4 thousand heads) and horses — 4.3 thousand heads or 12% (37.041 thousand heads). The work continues.
In the region, work is underway to conduct and organize procedures for registration of land plots for the construction and provision of settlements with standard livestock burial grounds.
When considering the budget for 2020-2022, 42.8 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2020 for the construction of 3 animal burial grounds.
In addition, it is planned for 2021-2022 to allocate 96.8 million tenge annually from the regional budget for the construction of 4 animal burial grounds and the development of 18 design and estimate documentation (DED) for the settlements of the region.
To implement this program, land plots have been issued for 72 objects
(Akkol-2, Arshaly-5, Birzhan Sal-15, Bulandy-10, Burabay-6, Egindykol-9, Ereimentau-3, Esil-5, Zharkain-9, Sandyktau-8).
The districts of Astrakhan, Atbasar, Zerenda, the cities of Kokshetau and Stepnogorsk take measures to select and allocate land plots.
