Reception of appeals of individuals and legal entities is carried out on paper, including through JSC «Kazpost», on purpose (the Department for monitoring the consideration of appeals of the Akim of the Akmola region at the address: Kokshetau, Abaya str., 83), as well as in electronic format using an electronic digital signature through the «Online reception» tab in the «Electronic appeals» sections (the «e-Otinish» information system) and «The head's Blog» on the website of the Akimat of the Akmola region (paragraph 4 of Chapter 2 of the Rules for registration, accounting of appeals received in the state bodies, local self-government bodies, legal entities with one hundred percent participation of the state, as well as maintaining the information analytical system «Electronic Appeals», approved by the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2021 No. 70).
