Functions of the department: Questions of coordination of the activities of state bodies, institutions or organizations for the provision of public services. Organization of work and effective interaction of the department with all government agencies in the region. Implementation of a consolidated analysis of the effectiveness of the activities of local executive bodies based on the results of assessing the quality of the provision of public services. Conducting control measures in the field of rendering public services of local executive bodies. Internal monitoring of the quality of the provision of public services by local executive bodies. Development of recommendations for improving the quality of public services. Coordination of the activities of local executive bodies to achieve strategic goals and objectives for the provision of public services. Taking measures to explain to employees involved in the process of providing services, the provisions of the legislation on public services, as well as other regulatory legal documents governing this area.
