In the sphere of housing and communal services, the following work is being carried out: implementation of state policy in the field of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways in the city, ensuring the necessary level of improvement, sanitary conditions, landscaping and carrying out a set of measures to create and maintain a favorable environment in the city; development of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways; promotion of the level of public services provided; organization of works on construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways of objects of an accomplishment and control over their execution, contracts of employment and of housing privatization from public housing Fund, in necessary cases measures for the recognition of the tenant and his family members lost the right to use housing from public housing Fund in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the account, preservation and distribution of housing from the state housing Fund; preparation of proposals and projects of the city mayor's office to provide housing to certain categories of citizens in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; organization of demolition of dilapidated emergency housing and housing; participation in the work of state commissions for the commissioning of housing and communal facilities and improvement, highways; organization of passenger transportation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of transport.
