In the Zhaksyn district, the implementation of the Standard Basic Direction No. 4 "Prevention and combating corruption" continues.
On September 24, 2025, the head of the district akim's office, the Ethics Commissioner, held a dialogue platform with the teams of the Department of Economics and Finance and the Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning.
The participants were familiarized with the innovations in anti-corruption legislation, the principles of its observance and the practical application of norms.
Issues of restrictions related to public service, including a ban on gambling and betting, were discussed.
The Ethics Commissioner stressed the importance of every civil servant educating their children to be intolerant of corruption, respect for the law and proper ethical behavior from an early age.
Special attention is paid to the personal responsibility of managers and the need to follow the Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Following the meeting, recommendations were made aimed at strengthening the anti-corruption culture and improving the legal literacy of civil servants.
