As part of the implementation of the Standard Basic Direction No. 4 "Prevention and Combating Corruption", on September 23, 2025, the head of the district akim's office, the Ethics Commissioner, conducted another explanatory and educational preventive event in the format of a dialogue platform with the staff of the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Zhaksyn district.
During the meeting, topical issues of combating corruption, including restrictions related to public service, were discussed. Special attention is paid to anti-corruption norms and prohibitions, including participation in gambling and betting both in gambling establishments defined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Gambling" and in other unauthorized places. A separate section was devoted to the personal responsibility of managers for corruption offenses committed by their subordinates, as well as compliance with the norms of the Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Following the results of the dialogue platform, the participants were given recommendations aimed at forming an anti-corruption culture and strengthening the principles of good public service
