In order to eliminate corruption risks identified on June 9, 2025, during an internal analysis, on August 7 of the current year, the Acting Director conducted an explanatory meeting with the staff of the SE on the REM "Zhaksy Su Arnasy" under the Akimat of Zhaksy district, Akmola region, regarding compliance with the procedures and deadlines for salary payments and the inadmissibility of concluding contracts in paper form, in accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Procurement”.
During the meeting, Mr. Zeinalov Y.R. emphasized the importance of adhering to the procedures and deadlines for salary payments and the prohibition on signing paper contracts as stipulated by Article 37 of the Law “On Public Procurement”.
As a result of the meeting, recommendations were made to strengthen control over compliance with the requirements of Article 136 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Procedures and deadlines for salary payments” and Article 37 of the Law “On Public Procurement” to ensure proper adherence to established procedures.
