Message on the appointment of the election of the mayor Kyzylsay rural district instead of the retired one  

In accordance with p. p. 4) p. 2, paragraph 10 of article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan» Zhaksy district territorial election Commission DECIDES:

1. To appoint 30 September 2020 elections Kyzylsaiskii akim rural district is eliminated.
2. Approve the Calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of elections of the akim of the Kyzylsay rural district instead of the retired one (attached).
3. Send this resolution to the maslikhat of Zhaksyn district, the office of the district akim and the regional election Commission.
4. Publish this resolution in the mass media.
