The budget of a city of district significance, a village, a settlement, a rural district is a centralized monetary fund formed at the expense of revenues defined by this Code and intended for financial support of the tasks and functions of the akim of a city of district significance, a village, a settlement, a rural district, state institutions subordinate to him and the implementation of state policy in the corresponding administrative-territorial unit. Budgets of a city of district significance, a village, a settlement, or a rural district are approved by the decision of the maslikhat of the district after approval by the local community meetingутверждаются . |

The decision of the akim of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts on the implementation of the decision of the maslikhat on the local budget is made within 14 calendar days after the approval of the local budget by the maslikhat. |

Budgets of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts are approved by the maslikhat of the district no later than 2 weeks after signing the decision of the maslikhat of the district on approval of the district budget.

Inter-budget relations are relations between the republican, regional budgets, budgets of cities of republican significance, the capital, district (cities of regional significance) budgets, budgets of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts in the budget process.

Section 1. Budget planning and approval
The budget of the rural district for 2024-2025-2026 years is planned in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Land Code, the Unified Budget Classification, and current regulations.
1.1. Main indicators of socio-economic development of the region
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Budget for 2024-2026" dated December 05, 2022, from January 1, 2024, the following are established:
1) minimum wage - 8585,000 tenge;
2) the amount of the state basic pension payment – 28,215 tenge;
3) the minimum pension amount is 57,853 tenge;
4) monthly calculation index for calculating benefits and other social payments, as well as for applying penalties, taxes and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 3,692 tenge;
5) the amount of the subsistence minimum for calculating the amount of basic income;
social payments – 43,407 tenge
