One of the main tasks of the Department of the agency for Civil Service affairs in Akmola region is to restore the rights of service recipients and ensure their observance.
It is known that public services in the field of land relations are in great demand in local localities. At the same time, the number of complaints about the quality of public services in this area, unjustified refusals of service providers, also often falls.
Thus, in the current half of the year, as a result of the Department's response measures, 62 citizens were provided with land plots for various purposes. For example, an entrepreneur applied to the akimat of Kokshetau with a request to provide a land plot with an additional area of 0.04 hectares.
However, due to the incorrect indication of the intended purpose in the application for the provision of public services, the local executive body refused to grant it a land plot.
However, the service provider incorrectly conducted the hearing procedure with the entrepreneur, eliminating the comments that served as the basis for refusal and depriving him of the opportunity to apply again.
Based on the decision of the department, the akimat provided the applicant with a land plot.
In addition, on the basis of the Department's instructions on recognizing the refusal to provide services as unjustified, local executive bodies of Tselinograd district provided land plots for 15 citizens to maintain their own subsidiary Farm, 1 entrepreneur to use the livestock base.
It should be noted that the rights of 35 citizens were realized through proactive remote monitoring without their complaints. Issues of quality of public services, compliance with the rights of service recipients are under constant control of the Department.
