1) the statement of the citizen on the intention to run a candidate (in the case of self-nomination in accordance with the approved form by the CEC) with the app:
- copy of identity card (original to be in possession of at the time the documents);
- copies of the diploma of higher education (the original must be carried when submitting documents);
- an extract from the document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service
2) a statement of consent to stand as a candidate (in the case of a nomination by Council, in accordance with the approved form, CEC)
3) the candidate's curriculum vitae (according to the approved form of the CEC)
4) a statement of the candidate on the registration of authorised persons ( entitled to have one authorized representative in each district, city of regional significance: in Akmola region, 2 cities of regional significance (Kokshetau, Stepnogorsk), 17 districts) with the application of statements on their consent to be the Trustee (in accordance with forms approved by the CEC).
4) the decision of maslikhat on nomination of the candidate (in the case of extension maslikhat)
5) certificates of tax body about the delivery of the candidate and his (her) wife (husband) of the declarations of income and property as of June 1, 2020
6) a document confirming that the candidate electoral Deposit (paid as a Deposit to the account of the CEC in pyatnadtsatiminutkam size (42500х15) statutory minimum wage (637500 tenge) .
Submitted by a candidate for Deputy of the Senate before registration and after verification of compliance with the requirements, as well as signatures collected in support of it.
