on the activities of the akim of the village of Belagash, Zhaksyn district, on the provision of public services in 2024

    According to the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK. The State Institution "Office of the akim of the village of Belagash in the Zhaksyn district" of the Akmola region, funded by the local budget, provides 6 types of public services.

   In 2024, the office of the akim of the village of Belagash did not receive public services.

1. The state service "Provision of a land plot from the lands of a village" (the first and second stages) was not provided.
2. The state service "Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot" was not provided.
3. The state service "Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (auctions)" (the first and second stages) was not provided.
4. The state service "Queuing for a land plot" was not provided.
5. The state service "Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments" was not provided.
6. The extension of the lease period of the land plot was not provided.

  Information about the sources and places of access to information on the procedure for the provision of public services.

In order to ensure accessibility and inform the public about the provision of public services, stands with visual information (Rules for the provision of public services, rights of service recipients, appeal procedure, list of public services provided, contact numbers, sample applications) have been placed in the state institution of the Akimat of Belagash village. Explanations for all services can be obtained by contacting the non-profit company "Government for Citizens State Corporation" (consultants).  Information on the provision of public services is posted on the website of the akim of the district in the "Public services" section. Other regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for the provision of public services are published in the legal information system "Adilet".   A banner was installed in the village of Belagash using the mobile application "e Gov mobile".  In the office of the akim of the village of Belagash, there is an E-gov self-service corner, where citizens with EDS independently received 83 electronic government services.

Measures aimed at ensuring transparency in the process of providing public services:

One article on the Rules for the provision of public services "Issuing a decision to change the purpose of a land plot" was published in the district newspaper "Zhaksynsky Vestnik" with a population of 2,000 people.

11 types of public services with a population of 1,000 people have been published on social networks (Facebook).

    In 2024, there were no complaints from recipients of public services, and there were no violations of the deadlines for the provision of public services.
