How to get subsidies in the livestock industry in the Akmola region?
In Akmola region, special attention is paid to the development of the livestock industry. So, last year, 7.2 billion tenge was allocated for subsidizing animal husbandry within the framework of state support, this year - 4.9 billion tenge.
Budget subsidies are provided to commodity producers in two main directions: for the development of livestock breeding and for improving the productivity and quality of livestock products.
Subsidizing for the development of breeding livestock includes such basic items as subsidizing the purchase of breeding animals, poultry and seed of breeding bulls, conducting breeding and breeding work, organizing artificial insemination of breeding stock of cattle and sheep.
Subsidies to increase the productivity and quality of livestock products implies subsidizing the production and sale of milk, poultry meat, edible eggs, as well as subsidizing the sale of steers to feedlots and meat processing plants.
To receive subsidies in the field of animal husbandry, the state service "Subsidizing for the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products" is provided, which is provided through the Subsidy Information System (ISS) on the portal subsidy.plem.kz .
The procedure for reviewing applications, as well as criteria for commodity producers applying for subsidies are determined by the Rules for subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing productivity and the quality of livestock products.
In order to receive subsidies, applicants need to register with the help of EDS in the information base of breeding and breeding work on the portal Рlem.kz , where, depending on the chosen direction of subsidization, the necessary information is entered (livestock, zootechnical events, results of analyses of feed, livestock products, etc.).
Payment of subsidies is carried out on the basis of the submitted application that meets the criteria for producers applying for subsidies.
The deadline for consideration of the application is 2 working days from the moment of its registration in the ISS. Further, a notification on the results of consideration of an application for subsidies, or a reasoned response on refusal to provide public services, is sent to the e-mail address specified by the producer during registration and to the "personal account" of the service recipient in the ISS.
After accepting the application, if there are funds for subsidizing in the current month according to the financing plan, funds are transferred to the recipients' accounts within 2 working days. In case of lack of funds in the current month, the payment is made in the next month.
