In Akmola region in 2023, the amount of state support for subsidizing agricultural producers in the crop industry was allocated 13.1 billion tenge. About 600 agricultural producers were able to receive subsidies.
Annual subsidies in the crop industry of the region are carried out in such areas as the development of seed production, the development of the production of perennial plantings, the reduction in the cost of fertilizers (except organic), as well as the reduction in the cost of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) intended for treatment against harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms with a population above the economic threshold of harmfulness, quarantine facilities.
The procedure and conditions for subsidizing are regulated by the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production.
Currently, public services provided as part of the acquisition of subsidies in the field of crop production are automated and implemented through the subsidy information system gosagro.kz .
To receive subsidies, agricultural producers or agricultural cooperatives submit to the gosagro portal.kz an application for subsidies for purchased fertilizers at full cost or a transferable application for payment of subsidies due when purchasing fertilizers from a domestic manufacturer at a reduced cost, certified by an EDS.
Confirmation of acceptance of the application is the corresponding status in the "personal account" of the service recipient in the subsidy information system about the acceptance of the request for the provision of public services.
The term of rendering the state service is 3 working days. Applications are accepted from 9.00-18.30 hours.
Subsidies are paid if the service recipient complies with the conditions for submitting a list of necessary documents indicated in the above Rules.
