As you know, the land is our wealth, and from the right attitude to the state of its fertility, from proper farming in the interests of meeting the needs of society and the state, depends not only getting a good harvest, but also preserving the fertile potential, multiplying land resources for today and future generations.
Akmola region is one of the agrarian regions, in this regard, the issue of providing agricultural land is relevant.
The provision of agricultural land is carried out in accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules for Organizing and Holding a tender for Granting the Right of Temporary Paid Land Use (Lease) for Farming, agricultural production, approved by Order No. 518 of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2018.
The publication of the notice of the competition is carried out in periodicals distributed on the territory of the relevant administrative-territorial unit, Internet resources of local executive bodies of districts, cities, special information stands, as well as on the website of the central authorized body for land management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The following documents are submitted for participation in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer.
The winner of the competition is evaluated by assigning points according to the business plan, including the projected investment volume indicated in the tender offer. The participant with the highest score is recognized as the winner.
According to the norm put into effect from January 1, 2022, persons living in this area, city, village, village for at least 5 years are given an advantage in the form of assigning an additional 10 points to their competitive proposals.
In connection with the above, after the announcement by the local executive bodies of districts, cities of the region of a tender for the provision of agricultural land, each individual or legal entity has the right to participate in it.
