What is the procedure for granting land for individual housing construction?

In accordance with the requirements of section 8 of article 44-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and paragraph 28 of the Order of the acting Minister of National economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 27.03.2015 year № 255 "On approval of Rules of granting rights to land plots for individual housing construction" - after the issuance of the Commission's findings, statements of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and oralmans are placed in a special account and addressed as the preparation of sites for removal, or when the availability of land used for individual housing construction according to the priority.

Land for residential housing is allocated in specially designated areas with prepared infrastructure.

Sites for residential housing are allocated in massifs in accordance with master plans or projects of detailed planning of localities.
