How is land provided for pasture and arable land?

In accordance with the requirements of article 48 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of land plots or the right to lease land plots that are in state ownership and not provided for land use is carried out at auctions (contests, auctions), local Executive bodies of districts and cities within their competence.

The specifics of granting land plots that are in state ownership for farming or farming, agricultural production are regulated by article 43-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competition is organized by the local Executive body. The local Executive body prepares a list of land plots and forms an ad.

The local Executive body area, the city of regional importance to ensure competition on granting the right of temporary paid land use (rent) for peasant or farming and agricultural production shall publish the notice on carrying out competition on granting the right of temporary paid land use (rent) for peasant or farming and agricultural production in the print media, distributed on the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit, i.e. in the local newspaper, as well as on the Internet resource of the local Executive body.

In connection with the above, from the date of publication in the mass media of the list of agricultural land plots put up for competition, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to apply for participation in the competition.

Agricultural land plots are provided on the basis of competitions organized by local Executive bodies.
