The Reception Center for citizens operates as a centralized platform for government agencies to interact with the public. 

In the Reception Center for citizens in comfortable conditions, you can:

• apply to any government agency;
• get advice from representatives of various departments;
• make an appointment in person with the first heads and deputies of government agencie (instructions for making an appointment via the e-Otinish app. in online format: Download).

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, from 09.00 – 18.30, lunch from 13.00-14.30.
