Budget the following activities are undertaken:  conducting and implementing state policy in the district in the field of economic policy, state planning, budget execution and management of communal property in the district. formation of strategic goals, priorities and main directions of socio-economic development of the district, organization of coordination of the district budget execution process; carries out functions in the sphere of budget execution, accounting, budgetary accounting and budgetary reporting on execution of local budgets and functions in the sphere of strategic, economic and budget planning in the respective administrative-territorial unit; annually develops local budgets for the planned period taking into account the forecast of socio-economic development of the region; expects revenues in the local budget taking into account the forecast of socio-economic development of the region; taking into account the results of the analysis of budget execution for the reporting financial year and evaluating the effectiveness of the state body for budget funds management, it considers budget applications of budget program administrators for their compliance with the budget and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the forecast of socio-economic development of the region, indicators of the territorial development program and current natural standards, while the database of prices for goods, works, services is also used when considering budget applications, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement, as a reference point for calculating the types of expenditures for each budget program; draws up a draft budget of the district and submits it to the district budget Commission; organizes budget execution and coordinates the activities of budget program administrators for budget execution; draws up, approves and maintains a consolidated plan of financing for obligations, a consolidated plan of receipts and financing for payments of the local budget; performs budget monitoring; submits consolidated financial statements to the Central authorized body for budget execution; reviews budget investment projects of budget program administrators and sends an economic report on them to the budget program administrator; ensures the withdrawal of budget funds and suspension of funding in cases stipulated by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
