Municipal state institution "Department of land relations of Sandyktau district" carries out certain work in the field of land relations in the territory of Sandyktau district.
Tasks of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are: establishment of foundations, conditions and limits of occurrence, change and termination of right of ownership on land and land use rights, the exercise of the rights and obligations of land owners and land users; regulation of land relations in order to ensure the rational use and protection of lands, reproduction of soils fertility, preservation and improvement of the environment; creation of conditions for equal development of all forms of management; protection of land rights of individuals and legal entities and the state; creation and development of the real estate market; strengthening the rule of law in the field of land relations.
The territory of Sandyktau District is 638,259 ha.
Agricultural land is 470453.74 ha,
including arable land 384771.50 ha,
pastures 83848.04 ha,
haymaking 1343.5 ha,
perennial plantations 64.0 ha.
The district has 41 localities on an area of 59392.0 ha.
The area of land for gardening and dacha construction is 94 hectares, the number of land users is 1100.
Land for farming: the number of land users is 210 users, on an area of 74,159. 5 hectares.
Land of non-state agricultural legal entities: the number of land users is 65, on an area of 394,337. 24 ha.
Land for industry, transport, communications, defense and other non-agricultural purposes: the area is 3556.86 ha.
The land area of the forest Fund is: 80802 ha.
The land area of the water Fund is: 1691 ha.
The reserve land area is: 22363.40 ha.
There are 4 seed farms in the district: Svobodnoye LLP, Maksimovskoye LLP, Kamenka I D LLP, PZ Balkashinsky LLP, which allows closing the need for agricultural producers in high-quality seeds of agricultural crops. These farms annually receive stable yields, an average of 25 C/g
. in 2018, the Department established administrative boundaries for 8 promising villages: Balkashino, Petrovka, Kamenka, Lesnoye, Rechnoye, Priozernoye, novonikolskoye, Sandyktau.
In 2019, borders were set for 4 promising villages: Maksimovka, Vasilyevka, madeniyet, Bogorodka.
In 2020, borders were established for 5 promising localities: Belgorod, Kyzyl Kazakhstan, Krasnaya Polyana, Ulan, Petrikovka.
In 2020, the competition for public procurement of works on the inventory of agricultural land will be held. LandInvestmentGroup LLP was recognized as the winner. the works must be completed by October 31, 2020. The purpose of which is to establish the actual area of agricultural land, as well as to study the state and use of land by type of agricultural land (arable land, pastures, hayfields, perennial plantings).
On the territory of the district, the provision of agricultural land is made by holding a competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use:
- in 2018, it was not held;
- in 2019, one competition of 15 lots was held for a total area of 3945 ha, including 2673.7 ha of arable land and 1271.3 ha of natural pastures;
- in the first quarter of 2020, three competitions were held for a total area of 4113.7 hectares. Also in the second half of the year, it is planned to hold another competition for a total area of 4000,0 ha, in accordance with the Comprehensive plan.
To date, there are no unused agricultural land in the area.
Akimats of rural districts signed memoranda with agricultural producers of the district on providing them with pasture land with a total area of 16059.0 hectares, which they own on the right of lease for grazing personal livestock by the population.

The population's need for pasture land is fully met.
The provision of land plots in private ownership for commercial construction is made by holding an auction:
- in 2018, it was not held;
- in 2019, one auction was held for a total area of 13.3 hectares, the total sale amount was 12,283,312 tenge;
- in the first half of 2020, one auction was held for a total area of 2.8 hectares, the total sale amount was 2,844,000 tenge. Also in the second half of the year, it is planned to hold another auction for a total area of 5.0 hectares.
In order to increase the revenue side of tax revenues. In 2020, land zoning will be carried out to determine the correction coefficients to the basic tax rates for land plots in the village of Balkashino. 1 million 643 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget for these works.
