Information on the implementation of projects under the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025, approved by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2019 No. 1054.
In 2019 allocated funds from the district budget was developed project documentation for the construction of two 36 unit apartment houses in the village of Balkashino, at an estimated cost of construction 636 973,752 thousand tenge and engineering services to 2m 36-apartment residential buildings, at an estimated cost of construction 222989,543 thousand tenge. In October 2019, a budget application for project financing was submitted to the construction Department of the Akmola region.
Also in 2019, design and estimate documentation was developed for the construction of a 45-apartment residential building in the village of Balkashino, with an estimated construction cost of 35,1487.0 thousand tenge. In January 2020, the budget application was submitted to the construction Department of the Akmola region for the allocation of funds.
In 2020, a competition for the construction of 2 36-apartment residential buildings in the village of Balkashino was announced for the allocated funds from the district budget in the amount of 50.0 thousand tenge. After conducting competitive procedures, the contract was concluded with "Kazbaylyk-Astana" LLP for a total construction amount of 541647.3 thousand tenge.
Also this year, competitions for the construction of a boiler house and utility networks for 2 36-apartment residential buildings in the village of Balkashino were announced for the allocated funds from the district budget in the amount of 200.0 thousand tenge. After conducting competitive procedures, the contract was concluded with kazbaylyk-Astana LLP, for a total construction amount of 81500.01 thousand tenge. For the construction of a boiler house for 2 36-apartment residential buildings, a contractor has been identified "JMI company Service" LLP, and an audit is conducted based on the results of the competition.
Financial resources from the district budget in the amount of 300,0 thousand tenge were allocated for the development of PDP for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings in the village of Balkashino. After conducting competitive procedures, the contract was concluded with "Koldau" LLP. Currently, the boundaries of the site have been determined and a topographic survey has been carried out, which is related to the "Nurly Zher" program for 2020-2025.
The following projects have been developed within the framework of the "regional Development for 2020-2025" program:
In 2019, at the expense of the district budget, design and estimate documentation was developed and a comprehensive non-departmental examination of the project for "Construction of a youth leisure center in the village of Balkashino"was carried out. The expert opinion was received on 03.12.2019 with an estimated construction cost of 155829.0 thousand tenge. At the end of 2019, the construction Department sent a budget application to the Department of education of the Akmola region for the allocation of funds for construction.
In 2020 at the expense of the regional budget was developed project documentation and conducted comprehensive independent assessment of the project on "reconstruction of the stadium in the village of Balkashino" expert opinion obtained 10.04.2020 year, the cost of reconstruction is 224 129,905 thousand tenge. Currently, the construction Department has sent a budget application to the Department of physical culture and sports of the Akmola region for the allocation of funds for reconstruction.
In 2020, at the expense of the district budget, design and estimate documentation was developed and a comprehensive non-departmental examination was conducted for "Reconstruction of water supply networks and wells in the village of Belgorod". the expert opinion was received on 01.04.2020, the cost of reconstruction is 228,757,237 thousand tenge. Currently, the construction Department has sent a budget application to the Department of energy and housing and communal services of the Akmola region for the allocation of funds.
In 2020, at the expense of the district budget, design and estimate documentation was developed and a comprehensive non-departmental examination was conducted for "Construction of water supply networks in the village of Novoromanovka". the expert opinion was received on 26.05.2020, no. EI-0008/20, the cost of construction is 180224,192 thousand tenge. Currently, the construction Department has sent a budget application to the Department of energy and housing and communal services of the Akmola region for the allocation of funds.
Also, in 2020, financial resources were allocated from the district budget in the amount of 4000,0 thousand tenge for the development of PSD "Reconstruction of the school roof in Krasnaya Polyana village" and "Reconstruction of the school roof in Kamenka village". Currently, the design and estimate documentation has been developed by Design center LLP and submitted for a comprehensive non-departmental expertise.
For the existing savings after conducting competitive procedures in the amount of 600.0 thousand tenge, a competition was announced for the development of the PSD "Reconstruction of the roof of the Spasskaya primary school building". On 20.05.2020, a contract was signed for the development of a POI with AMB LLP.
Financial resources were allocated from the district budget in the amount of 7519.0 thousand tenge for the development of the PSD " Construction of a group water pipeline in the villages of Krasnaya Polyana, Petrikovka, Arbuzinka. After conducting competitive procedures, the contract was concluded with "AstanaMixBuilding" LLP. Currently, a topographic survey has been carried out.
Financial resources were allocated from the district budget in the amount of 2810.0 thousand tenge to conduct a comprehensive non-departmental examination of the project "Construction of water supply networks in the village of Kamenka with the reconstruction of water intake structures and water conduit". Design and estimate documentation for this object is currently developed by "TAU PROJEKT" LLP and submitted for examination.
Financial resources were allocated from the district budget in the amount of 5000,0 thousand tenge for the development of design and estimate documentation "Construction of a school for 80 places in the village of Petrovka. After conducting competitive procedures on 14.06.2020, the contract was signed with "Bak Project" LLP. Currently, a topographic survey has been carried out.
Financial resources were allocated from the district budget in the amount of 4,522. 3 thousand tenge for the development of the General plan of the village of Sandyktau. After conducting competitive procedures, the contract was concluded with "Koldau" LLP. Currently, a topographic survey has been carried out to determine the boundaries of the village of Sandyktau.
Financial resources were allocated from the district budget in the amount of 5000,0 thousand tenge for the development of the master plan of madeniyet village. After tender procedures, the contract is concluded with LLP "URBOSTYLE".
