Main tasks and functions

In accordance with the procedure established by law, the Sandyktau RB state unitary enterprise performs the following main tasks:

1) implementation of the state health policy and ensuring the implementation of regional health programs;

2) ensuring the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of health, education and science;

3) providing citizens with medical care and medicines, medical products within the guaranteed volume of free medical care, OSMS.

The main functions of the GCP at the Sandyktau RB PCV are:

1) Organizes and carries out monitoring and control over the activities of healthcare entities - VA, FAP, MP;

2) provision of pharmaceutical services to provide a guaranteed amount of free medical care in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) Improving the health of the population by providing high-quality medical services to patients based on a combination of professionalism and intellectual potential of employees, using high technologies, timely equipment and providing the most comfortable conditions for patients.

4) provision of inpatient, emergency, planned medical care to the population of the region for obstetric, gynecological, therapeutic, surgical, and pediatric profiles.
5) provision of outpatient services in the following profiles: therapeutic, surgical, gynecological, neurological, dermatovenerological. Specialists in occupational diseases - endocrinologist, psychiatrist, neuropathologist, dermatologist.
