How do I put a child on the waiting list for kindergarten?
To the attention of parents whose children are in the electronic queue in preschool organizations of the district.
Since February 2018, a new state standard "placing pre-school children (up to 7 years) on the waiting list for referral to preschool organizations" has been introduced (order of the Minister of education and science of October 17, 2017 No. 518) and methodological recommendations for automating the process of forming and functioning of the queue and issuing referrals to preschool organizations (July 14, 2017 No. 337), in this regard, each parent must obtain an electronic digital signature (EDS).
How the service is provided:
Changes were made to the state service "Queuing and issuing directions" in accordance with the new Standard.
Information system (support +77164092895 mon — Fri: 09:00 — 18:30) provides applicants the opportunity to apply for placement on the waiting list, to modify already filed (edit contact information), to withdraw the application from the queue (dequeue), get a referral to enrollment in public or private preschool organization to indicate interest in receiving referrals.
At the moment, the queue for getting directions to kindergarten is formed in a single city queue by the year of birth of the child specified in the parents ' application (there is no queue for a specific kindergarten).
Applications in queues are arranged in order of priority by the date they were placed on the queue.
In the system, preferential categories are divided into two types:
Off-duty (children of military personnel). Applicants with this preferential category receive referrals out of the queue if there are vacancies in the Department.
Priority children (children whose legal representatives are disabled, children left without parental care and orphans, children from large families, children with special educational needs). These categories of benefits receive referrals in a ratio of "one to three". (One preferential category applicant and three applicants on General grounds)
To get directions:
When the queue is ready, the specified email address and phone number will receive a notification about the queue that has arrived. In this regard, you need to update your contact information in the system https://akmola.kz.
If a parent does not choose a kindergarten and does not receive a referral within three business days, this place will be available to all waiting lists, according to the year of the group (while this applicant who did not choose a kindergarten remains in the queue);
When receiving a referral to a preschool organization, the child is automatically removed from the queue (the applicant can apply for placement in the queue if they are already enrolled and attend a preschool organization);
If the parent does not arrive at the kindergarten within 5 business days after receiving the referral, the referral will be automatically canceled and the child will be sent to the stop list for a period of 10 business days. While the application is in the stop list, the possibility of receiving a referral will be blocked.
If the applicant expires the issued referral
2 times, the child will be automatically removed from the queue;
Getting a referral to a private kindergarten on a state order is available in the following cases:
- if the child is 3 years old or older;
- if the child is in the queue;
- there are free places in the kindergarten.
When receiving a referral to a private kindergarten on a state order, the queue number does not matter. However, parents should keep in mind that when receiving a referral to a private kindergarten under a state educational order, the child will automatically be removed from the queue.
