Good day, my name is Yerzhan Bekeev, I am the chief specialist of the Department of archival work of the Department of culture, archives and documentation of the Akmola region. My work will be carried out on the basis of which the quality of public services will be monitored. According to the register, all state archives of the Akmola region provide the state service "issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival copies". Acceptance of documents and issuance of results of public services are carried out through: 1) non-profit excise company "State Corporation "Government for citizens" in the Akmola region. 2) e-government web portal www.e.gov.kz. later there was a change as a result of the emergency mode. This service is free of charge. Terms of rendering the state service:
From the moment of submission of documents to the service provider, to the State Corporation, as well as when contacting the portal, the result of providing the state service is issued within 11 (eleven) working days.
This service is of a social and legal nature, many requests are confirmation of the length of service of citizens, the amount of wages.

Currently, the service centers have moved to the new format, that is, they deal only with the issuance of the ready documents. The emergency mode in the country shows how urgent the problem of digitalization is, which is not only convenient, but also safe now. In addition, this will prevent red tape and bureaucracy, as well as eliminate corruption risks between the service provider and the service recipient. As for 2020, 5844 services were rendered in 5 months, including 397 PSC and 5447 PEP. Via e-government 93.2%. Due to the previously introduced emergency mode, requests were received only through the portal.
The state archives of the Akmola region constantly conduct information and explanatory work on the basic principles of providing public services, promoting electronic services and the possibility of receiving public services on the portal of "electronic government".
