Public service is an expression of special trust on the part of society and the state and places high demands on the moral and ethical image of public servants. Today, issues of ethics and behavior of public servants are given more importance. The integrity of the image of a civil servant is based on the manifestation of high professional and personal competencies, moral qualities and ethical behavior. However, not all civil servants comply with the established rules and regulations.
For example, in order to ensure that civil servants comply with Ethical standards of behavior, as well as prevent traffic safety, the Finance Department together with a representative of the administrative police Department of the police Department of the Akmola region held a seminar in July this year to explain measures of administrative responsibility for traffic offenses in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on administrative offenses". In the course of the seminar, the employees of the Department asked a lot of questions to which they gave appropriate answers and recommendations. There are also explanations on the rules of the road.
The rules of the road are the main document that describes in the most detailed way the conditions for safe driving for all its participants, and regulates every action that occurs on the road. Therefore, adherence to the Rules of the road ensures road safety.
Basic rules for safe behavior on the road:
-You should only walk on the sidewalk or footpath, and if not-on the side of the road, but your movement should not cause unreasonable interference with the movement of vehicles.
- Where there is a traffic light, you should only go to the green signal of the traffic light.
-If there are no sidewalks, footpaths, or verges, or if it is impossible to move along them, you must move along the bike path or walk in a single row along the edge of the roadway (on roads with a dividing lane — on the outer edge of the roadway).
- If there is no pedestrian crosswalk, you must go to the nearest intersection. If there is no pedestrian crosswalk or intersection in the vicinity, cross the road at right angles to the edge of the roadway where it is clearly visible in both directions.
- Start crossing the road only after you make sure that all the cars have stopped and let you pass.
- Do not stop monitoring the situation on the road during the transition.
- Playing games on the road and on the sidewalk is dangerous. It is strictly forbidden to run into the roadway because of trees, cars, and other objects that prevent the driver from seeing you in time.
- When approaching a vehicle with blue or blue and red beacons turned on, the pedestrian is forbidden to cross the roadway, and the pedestrian who is on the roadway must leave it, observing precautionary measures.
- If You just got off the bus and you need to go to the other side, the best option is to wait for the transport to leave the stop. Another option is to go to the designated crossing point — a pedestrian crosswalk marked with a road sign or markings, or go to the place where the traffic light is installed and only then safely cross the road.
- Even on roads where transport rarely passes, in the courtyards of houses, you must always be careful and do not forget about your safety. Don't cross the road without looking around, because the vehicles can unexpectedly move out of the lane.
- When waiting for transport, you only need to stand on landing pads, on the sidewalk or roadside.
Following these simple rules will help reduce the likelihood of accidents on the roads. We must remember that our safety and the safety of the people around us depend on discipline on the road!
