Resolution of the akimat of the Akmola region dated April 24, 2020 no. A-5/231 "on determining the conditions, volume and purpose of the issue of state securities" (registered by the Department of justice of the Akmola region on April 24, 2020 no. 7839)
In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22 April 2020, No. 235 "About modification and additions in the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 20, 2020 № 126 "On measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 № 287 "On further measures to stabilize the economy" akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
Determine the following conditions, volume and purpose of the issue of government securities for circulation on the domestic market:
1) conditions:
year of issue of government securities-2020;
type of securities – state securities issued by local Executive bodies of regions, cities of Republican significance, the capital, for circulation on the domestic market to Finance the construction of credit housing under the pilot project "Shanyrak" during the state of emergency in the framework of the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025;
the interest rate is 4.25% (four point twenty-five percent) per annum;
loan term-up to 22 (twenty-two) months;
payment of remuneration for the loan – 1 (one) time per half-year;
payment of the principal debt – at the end of the loan term, with the right to early repayment on the initiative of the borrower;
2) volume-no more than 4 423 401 000 (four billion four hundred twenty three million four hundred one thousand) tenge;
3) the purpose is to Finance the construction of credit housing under the pilot project " Shanyrak "during the state of emergency in the framework of the state program of housing and communal development" Nurly Zher " for 2020-2025.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the Akmola region.
This resolution comes into force from the date of state registration in the Department of justice of the Akmola region and is put into effect from the date of official publication.
