Resolution of the akimat of the Akmola region dated June 9, 2016 no. A-7/266 "on determining the list of priority areas of expenditures of the regional budget" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts no. 5439 dated July 8, 2016).
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 "on approval Of the rules for budget execution and its cash service" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 9934), the akimat of the Akmola region DECIDES:

1. Determine the list of priority areas of expenditures of the regional budget, in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
2. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the Deputy akim of the Akmola region, D. Z. Adilbekov.
3. This resolution of the regional akimat comes into force from the date of state registration in the Department of justice of the Akmola region and comes into effect from the date of official publication.

1. payment of wages and other monetary payments, including the salary of freelance technical personnel and all deductions from wages.

2. Monetary compensation provided by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Alimony, mandatory pension contributions, professional and voluntary pension contributions, social contributions, deductions and (or) contributions to mandatory social health insurance, allowances and other social payments, scholarships.
