Public services

The Agency's public services are provided in electronic/paper form in the Agency, as well as through the e-government web portal.

In accordance with the legislation, the provision of public services in electronic form is carried out through the e-government web portal. Thus, the service recipient has access to the Internet, regardless of location (at work, at home, etc.) through the portal of "electronic government" (www.egov.kz ) may submit an application for the provision of a public service. At the same time, the result of the provision of public services in electronic form is the issuance of an electronic document or a paper document or information from the "electronic government" information system.

The appeal of individuals and (or) legal entities to receive public services rendered in electronic form is carried out on the basis of the application of the recipient of the public service. The requirements and procedure for the provision of public services by service providers are established by the Rules and Standard of Public Services.
