Within the framework of the idea of the Head of State to build a Society of Universal Labor, in order to increase the authority of the Labor Man, stimulate labor productivity, promote working professions, attract young people to the field of production, as well as strengthen the long-standing traditions of labor dynasties, the Department of Labor Inspection of Akmola region held a competition "Enbek Zholy" at the regional level.
On the eve of the celebration of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 28, 2023, a solemn event was held with the awarding of the regional winners of the "Enbek Zholy" competition.
Akim of Akmola region Marzhikpaev E.B. presented personal diplomas and valuable gifts to the winners of the regional competition "Enbek Zholy".
This year, 42 applications in 3 nominations were submitted for participation in the "Enbek Zholy" competition:
- The best labor dynasty – 13 applications;
- The best mentor of working youth – 11 applications;
- The best young worker of production – 18 applications.
The selection of winners takes place in two stages: at the regional and national level.
To select the winners of the competition at the regional level, a competition commission was established under the chairmanship of Deputy Akim of Akmola region Taizhanov A. A. and with the participation of employees of the departments of coordination of employment and social programs, the state Labor Inspectorate, as well as representatives of territorial unions of trade unions and regional chambers of entrepreneurs.
The competition commission determined the winners of the regional stage of the "Enbek Zholy" competition:
- in the nomination "The best labor dynasty" Goncharik Oleg Valeryevich - apparatchik-hydrometallurgist of the extraction workshop of the 3rd category in Stepnogorsk Mining and Chemical Combine LLP, Stepnogorsk, labor dynasty - 3 generations (father, son, grandson). The total length of service of the dynasty in this company is 154 years;
- in the nomination "The best mentor of working youth", Nukishev Kunduzbek Kazhybekovich is the master of the heap leaching site in RG Gold LLP Burabaysky district, with a total experience of 42 years, during his long career he has educated several of the best specialists
- in the nomination "The best young worker of production" Shakeev Damir Zhomartovich is a leading engineer for ASUP in JSC "Altyntau Kokshetau" Zerendinsky district, total experience – 4 years. During the period of work, he proved himself as a responsible, hardworking, promising employee.
The materials of the winners of the regional stage of the "Enbek Zholy" competition were sent to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan for further participation at the republican level.
20 July 2020 at the site of the Regional communications service of Akmola region, with the participation of Deputy head GU "Management of labour inspection in Akmola region" Baimusynov D. S., together with the head of GU "Department of coordination of employment and social programs of Akmola region" Akhmetzhanova D. K., a briefing on social payments of 42 500 tenge was held.
