Implementation of state control over compliance with labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including requirements for safety and labor protection;

1) Implementation of state control over compliance with labor legislation at enterprises and organizations of the region, regardless of ownership forms, through inspections;

2) Implementation of state control over employment issues, in terms of compliance with the obligation of employers to inform the authorized body on employment issues, about the availability of vacant jobs (vacant positions) and the legality of attracting foreign labor, through inspections;

3) Issuing instructions to employers based on the results of inspections to eliminate detected violations of labor legislation and employment legislation;

4) Drawing up a Protocol and a resolution on administrative offenses against officials and legal entities that have committed violations of labor legislation, employment of the population.

5) Ensuring legal protection of labor rights of employees from illegal actions of managers and other officials of enterprises and organizations that infringe on these rights;

6) Inspection of enterprises and organizations for compliance with and protection of workers ' rights and freedoms in the field of labor relations;

7) monitoring of collective agreements submitted by employers;
Consideration of appeals, applications and complaints and other appeals of citizens and representatives of legal entities on issues within the competence of the state labor Inspectorate.

1) reviewing appeals, applications and complaints from individuals and legal entities by conducting inspections, taking appropriate response measures to employers and preparing responses to applicants;

2) Monitoring compliance with the requirements of labor legislation, including the rights of employees to equal pay for equal work without any discrimination, rest, working conditions;

Conducting awareness-raising activities.

1) To prevent conduct outreach through the media, among the General population and in the workforce, the current labor legislation of the RK;

2) Participation in round tables, seminars, on issues related to the competence of the Department;

3) Conducting lectures on labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) receiving and advising citizens and representatives of legal entities on labor legislation.

Other tasks assigned to state labor inspectors by the management of the Department within their competence.

1) ensuring timely implementation of the orders of management managers;

2) performing other functions assigned to state labor inspectors by higher state bodies and management within their competence.
