The provision of public services is one of the main components of the interaction between the state and society. Today, special attention is paid to the quality of public services and their full transition to electronic format.
Residents of Kazakhstan can receive public services electronically without leaving their home or office, using any electronic device: a personal computer, phone or tablet.
To do this, you need to visit the center once and register your mobile phone number on the e-government portal www.egov.kz .
Next, in the main menu, select the legal aid tab, click apostille of documents and archival references. From the list of services offered, click "Issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts". Click the order service online function.
The entrance to the portal is carried out by means of an electronic digital signature or by means of an SMS password. Select the EDS tab, select documents from the computer where they are saved or from an external media. Enter the password, click the sign function. We go through the application window. Go through step 1 and fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk.
It is necessary to specify the address of residence, phone number, so that if there are questions, the service provider has the opportunity to contact you.
Next, select the location of the archival institution
Please note that documents of regional significance are located in the KSU "State Archive of Akmola Region" and, accordingly, documents of city and district significance are located in city and district archives by territorial affiliation.
Next, fill in the data about whom the information is requested.
We choose an individual or a legal entity.
Then we enter the IIN of the person who needs archival help and click on the search, after which the surname name and year of birth are displayed automatically.
Be sure to fill in the address, phone and postal code fields.
Next, fill in the information about the application.
Select the request category from the suggested list of categories.
Please note that when submitting a request to third parties, it is necessary to attach copies of documents confirming the authority, if the request is sent from a legal entity, then it is necessary to attach a letter signed by the head of the organization, if a notarized power of attorney is required on behalf of an individual, if a license is required from lawyers or notaries.
Next, we attach documents confirming the requested information, if necessary. Click the send request function. Sign with an electronic digital signature.
The result of the provision of public services is an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature of an authorized person of the service provider, which will be provided in your personal account on the e-government portal within 11 working days.
To get the result of providing public services, we enter the e-government portal and pass authorization by EDS.
In the personal account, select the history of receiving services in the drop-down menu.
Select the active notification on the executed tab and click on it, click the "check service status" button, select "view output document". The output document is generated in PDF format and uploaded to the computer
To view the output document, click on it and, if necessary, save or print it
The result of the provision of a public service is an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature of an authorized person of the service provider.
