Work has begun on establishing the boundaries of administrative-territorial units of 174 settlements of the Akmola region on the ground

The Department of Digitalization and Archives of Akmola region approved Technical specification for carrying out work on the establishment of the boundaries of administrative-territorial units of 174 settlements on the ground Arshalynsky, Astrakhan, Yerementau, Zerendinsky, Sandyktau and Tselinogradsky districts of Akmola region.

The list of works performed includes the formation of land management documentation for the implementation of the state cadastral registration of the established feature of the settlement, including:

• - drawing up a working map of the features of the settlement in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• - coordination of the working map of the boundaries of the settlement line in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• - identification of elements of external infrastructure (roads, cemeteries, water bodies, etc.), agricultural lands, lands of foreign use, peasant farms, explication of lands (balance of territory).
• - coordination of the working map, the list of coordinates, line measures, area and extent of the boundaries of the settlement line with the graphical part of the database of the automated information system of the state land cadastre;
• - formation of the land management business of the established feature of the settlement;
• - delivery of the land management case to the customer and to the state fund of data obtained as a result of land management.

The development of a project for establishing (changing) the features of a rural locality is carried out in the following sequence:

1. preparatory (desk and field) work;
2. development of a border-setting map;
3. consideration and approval of the map, production and delivery of materials
4. transfer of the map to the terrain by coordinates (in kind).

Based on the results of the work performed, a land management case is formed, completed from an explanatory note, a map (plan) of the boundaries of the settlement, a text description and other materials.

All work on the establishment of boundaries is carried out by the Supplier in full.

After the completion of the work and the signing of the acts, the supplier submits all documents to the authorized body in the field of land relations of districts (cities) for joint decisions of local executive and representative bodies.
