In 1994, he enrolled in the Tselinograd Civil Engineering Institute (TCEI) at the Faculty of Automobiles and Automobile Economy. In July 2000, he graduated from L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian University, qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer.

In 1998, he enrolled in the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, specializing in Law, and in 2002, he completed the full course of study at Turan University.

03.1999 – 12.2006: Head of the Road Police Division, Atbasar District Department of Internal Affairs.

12.2006 – 04.2008: Head of the Registration and Examination Department of the Road Police, Atbasar District Department of Internal Affairs.

04.2008 – 19.07.2012: Deputy Head of the Road Police Department, Department of Internal Affairs of Akmola Region.

19.07.2012: Retired on pension for length of service with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

02.2013 – 08.2013: Head of the Administrative and Maintenance Department, "Tselinselmash – Astana" LLP.

03.06.2014 – present: Director, KSU "State Archive of Atbasar District".
