In order to prevent the spread of covid-19 coronavirus infection (hereinafter – COVID-19), an isolation unit for 4 beds is provided on the basis of Bulandynskaya RB in case of detection of patients with clinical signs that do not exclude COVID-19. After positive PCR tests, patients are hospitalized by ambulance in compliance with sanitary and quarantine measures in the infectious diseases hospital of the Kokshe ORC and the Akmola regional tuberculosis dispensary. 6 mobile medical teams for 30510 people are involved in the district to assess the condition of patients and assist in treatment, as well as 2 mobile teams to provide medical care to children and pregnant women, women in labor, and maternity hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. 3 laboratories are involved in testing and diagnostics: OLYMP, INVIVO, nce of Kokshetau. On the basis of the district hospital, a contact center for receiving requests for COVID-19 issues is organized, the number for consultations is 79-900. The Ministry of defense provides for zoning into "dirty" and "clean" zones. The "dirty" zone includes:
1) emergency room;
2) insulator.
To "clean" the area includes all other areas of the hospital. Set the decontamination stations with the division into 2 streams:
1) from the " clean "zone to the "dirty" one at the entrance to the shift;
2) from the " dirty "zone to the "clean" one when leaving the shift.
The "clean" zone consists of a changing room, a room for issuing PPE. "Dirty" zone – PPE removal room, PPE collection room, shower and San. knot. Mandatory laboratory testing for COVID-19 upon admission to hospital is subject to persons in accordance with the decree.
