1) consider at its meetings the problems of implementing a coordinated policy in the field of social and labor relations;
2) to request information from Executive authorities, trade unions and employers, in order to develop recommendations, on agreements that are being concluded and concluded that regulate social and labor relations and collective agreements:
3) request and receive from the Executive bodies information on the social situation necessary for conducting collective negotiations and preparing a draft district Agreement, organizing monitoring of the implementation of the said Agreement;
4) invite employees of Executive bodies, public associations, as well as independent experts to meetings of the Commission;
5) hear employers about the state of compliance with labor legislation in terms of labor protection, compliance with safety standards and payment of wages.
