To date, the 2nd stage of the investment project "Makinskaya poultry farm" LLP construction of a poultry farm for broiler cultivation is being implemented in Bulandynsky district, which is being implemented as a project under the industrialization Map. The project cost is 14.8 billion tenge. The project capacity in physical terms is 50,000 tons of meat per year (in live weight 60 thousand tons).
The 2nd stage with a capacity of 25,000 tons will be commissioned in the 4th quarter of this year, it is planned to enter 4 more broiler sites and an administrative and economic site.
The project provides the best of modern technology
in the field of incubation, breeding, slaughtering, cutting, cooling and packaging poultry processing slaughter waste, production of fodder with the use of technological equipment from leading world manufacturers subject to European requirements for the quality of the finished product and humane treatment of live poultry and accounting standards of the Halal standard.
Funding structure:
20% - own funds and investors (through capital);
80% - borrowed funds.
Investors of the project are: JSC "Baiterek Venture Fund", DBK Equity Fund CV, borrowed funds-JSC "Development Bank of Kazakhstan".
During the period from January to may 2020, 12,195 tons of poultry meat were produced. 11,790 tons of poultry meat were sold.

As part of the implementation of investment projects, it is planned to open new enterprises in 2020:
Bota 2015 LLP is a plant for the production of vegetable oil with a production capacity of 600 tons per day. 4th quarter of 2020. A land plot has been allocated and the territory has been circled. There is a railway access road. Construction work is underway, and the Foundation for installing the plant's equipment has been prepared. The equipment is partially purchased and installed.
Capital 2018 LLP - construction of MTF for 100 heads of cash cows. At the moment, a livestock farm for 136 heads has been built. This year, 119 heads Of Simmental breeding stock and a milk cooler tank and MTZ 952 tractor were purchased. A trial run of milking equipment was made. The MTF is currently functioning. 500 liters of milk are produced per day, which is sold in "Gormolzavod" LLP.
KKH "milk" - the construction of a dairy farm with 50 head of dairy cows. Land was allocated for the construction of a livestock farm. Electricity is supplied to the construction site. At the moment, a livestock farm is being built. The commissioning period is planned for the 4th quarter of 2020.
On issues of SME development and support
As of June 1, 2020, the share of registered 1500, operating 1347 units or 89.8 %.
In the structure of active subjects, the share of individual entrepreneurs prevails -74.4% (1002 units), peasant (farm) farms 14.6%(196 units), small and medium-sized 11.0 % (149 units). In total, more than 200 trade objects, one market, social facilities, hairdressers, beauty salons, baths, pharmacies, public catering facilities, hotels, service stations and others are engaged in business activities in the district.
The national chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" within the direction Of the program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2020 under the project "Bastau", online training began on June 15, 1 for 27 people, it is planned to train 23 more people by the end of the year. Since the beginning of 2020, grants under this program are issued by the KSU "employment Center", issued for 8 people in the amount of 4353.0 million tons.SME loans are also issued through the financial support Fund JSC. At the moment, 4 entrepreneurs have received a loan for 6.4%, 7 applications have been approved, and 4 applications are under consideration.
State program of preferential lending "Economy of simple things"
In the work of the project office within the framework of the "Economy of simple things" program from Bulandynsky district, 3 investment projects worth 16 billion rubles are being considered.90 million tenge: Makinskaya poultry farm LLP (16 billionTg) and IP "Murat" (50 million Tg) These projects are under consideration in the STB. In March this year, through participation in the EPV program, a project was implemented in "Sharua Kokshe" LLP on horse breeding (40 million tenge).

The industry of Bulandynsky district is represented by such types as manufacturing industry (meat processing, flour production, bakery products, wooden products, etc.), mining (crushed stone mining), production of metal structures and parts for railway transport.
In January-may 2020, the volume of industrial production is 9209.9 million tenge. The volume index is 114.8%.
