Work performed: dismantling and installation of a chimney with a diameter of 850 mm and a height of 23 m, dismantling the screen pipes of the boiler DKVR-6.5, dismantling and installing the boiler TZVK-2.0 in the village of K. Career, dismantling and installing pipes of heat supply networks of all diameters according to the estimated documentation. The dismantling and installation of the pump unit in the amount of 6 pcs.

Water supply
For the current year, funds in the amount of 20.0 million tenge were allocated from the regional budget.
For the allocated amount, work was done in 16 problematic water supply facilities and 3 water disposal facilities.
The work is completed and mastered 100%.
Road
This year, 43.0 million tenge were allocated for the current repair of the road network in the city of Makinsk. The work is completed. The patching works were carried out in the streets: B. Sholaka, Z. Kosmedemyanskaya, Bogenbai, M. Kim, Seifullin, Yaglinsky, Moscow, Club, Shevchenko for a length of about 3 km.
PPP project implementation
Akimat of Bulandy district plans to connect the central part of the city of Makinsk to central heating as part of a PPP.
In this regard, the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akmola region provided an algorithm of actions for connecting the central part of the city to the central heating in the framework of PPP. To date, an investment proposal has been developed, an economic opinion has been issued, a technical task has been formed.
From the regional budget funds were allocated for the development of tender documentation and project support by the PPP Center in the amount of 7.0 million tenge.
To date, tender documentation is being developed by the public institution "Energy and Housing and Communal Services" of the Amola region in conjunction with the center "Public-Private Partnership".
The project is planned to be implemented taking into account competitive procedures within 5-6 months. The amount of the project is 399.0 million tenge.
Connecting to central heating the central part of the city is made in stages.
At the first stage, 10 administrative buildings, as well as 16 residential buildings with a population of 1,300 people, will be provided with heat. The value of the available load of 1.78 Gcal / hour. The annual heat supply is 4,664 thousand Gcal. The volume of heated objects is 109996 m3.
At the second stage, additional reserves will be provided for connecting other multi-story residential buildings located on the other side of Valikhanov Street.
From the regional budget for 2018, 43 million tenge was allocated to the Bulandy district.
