Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 17, 2016 No. 532. It is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 22, 2016 No. 13967
In accordance with subparagraph 17) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 “On employment of the population” and subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 “On state statistics” I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) an administrative accounting form for presenting information about popular vacancies and specialties for inclusion in the database of current vacancies and projected jobs in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Order;
2) a form of administrative accounting for the presentation of information about the required specialties for the predicted jobs for inclusion in the database of current vacancies and projected jobs in accordance with Appendix 2 to this Order.
2. To the Department of Employment of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, send a copy of it for official publication in periodicals and in the legal information system "Edillet";
3) within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered this order, sending in a single copy of it in printed and electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the Republican state enterprise on the basis of economic management "Republican Legal Information Center" for inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) the placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten business days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to the Department of Legal Services of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this paragraph.
3. The control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to B. B. Nurymbetova, Vice Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
