By order of the Committee on statistics of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2015 No. 227, the statistical reporting form "information on hidden unemployment (on reduced and partially employed workers, wage arrears", form 3-tn) was approved.
The report is provided by employers to the Department of employment and social programs if the company has one of the following cases:
full stop of production (termination of works and services);
switching to part-time working mode (partial suspension, reduction of production volume, change of working mode);
full-time work, but planned and implemented staff reduction;
the presence of overdue salary arrears.
Providing false data or failure to provide primary data is an administrative offense under article 497 Of the code of administrative offenses (a fine of 10 MCI).
