The Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to improve social support for people with disabilities, carried out some work to update the List of technical auxiliary (compensatory) means and special vehicles provided for people with disabilities.
So, by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2017 No. 102, a more expanded list of technical auxiliary (compensatory) means and special vehicles was approved.

Orthopedic and orthopedic products for the disabled 1,2,3, groups and children with disabilities:
1) hand prostheses (shoulder prostheses, forearm prostheses, hand prostheses);
2) lower leg prostheses;
3) hip prostheses;
4) breast prostheses;
5) devices, tutors;
6) crutches, canes, walkers;
7) corsets, declinators, head holders;
8) bandages, medical belts, children's preventive pants;
9) orthopedic shoes and attachments (shoes, arch support);
10) shoes on devices;
11) a device for putting on shirts;
12) a device for putting on tights;
13) a device for putting on socks;
14) a device (hook) for fastening buttons;
15) capture is active;
16) a grip for holding dishes;
17) a grip for opening covers;
18) capture for keys.
Audio-technical means for disabled people 1,2,3, groups and disabled children:
1) hearing aids;

3) multifunctional alarm systems;

5) hours for deaf and hard of hearing persons;
6) speech processors for cochlear implants;
7) voice-forming apparatus.
Typhlotechnical products for the disabled of 1.2 groups and children with disabilities:
1) typhoid;
2) reading machines;
3) a laptop with voice-activated screen access software;
4) a device for writing in Braille;
5) stylus for writing in Braille;
6) writing paper in dotted font;
7) mobile phones with sound message and voice recorder;
8) players for playing sound recordings;
9) a watch for visually impaired people;
10) a thermometer with speech output;
11) tonometer with speech output;
12) a glucometer with a speech output with test strips;
13) talking self-instructional braille font;
14) Braille alphabetical;
15) needle threaders, sewing needles for people with visual impairments.
Special vehicles for disabled people of 1.2 groups and children with disabilities:
1) room wheelchairs;
2) walking wheelchairs.
Mandatory hygiene products for the disabled 1,2,3, groups and children with disabilities:
1) urinals;
2) kalopriemniki;
3) diapers;
4) absorbent sheets (diapers);
5) catheter;
6) sealant paste to protect and smooth the skin around the stoma;
7) protective cream;
8) absorbing powder (powder);
9) odor neutralizer;
10) a cleaner for the skin;
11) a chair-chair with sanitary equipment;
12) supporting folding handrails for toilet rooms;
13) handrails for bathrooms.
At the same time, providing disabled people with new prosthetic, orthopedic, technical equipment, and mandatory hygienic rehabilitation tools is possible only after developing an individual rehabilitation program for the disabled person (hereinafter - IPR), since, according to the current legislation, local executive bodies organize the provision of disabled people with rehabilitation tools and services only in compliance with IPR.
