History of the health care system of Bulandynsky district
In 1901, in the village Voznesenka, in the district center, the first doctor appeared.
In 1922 the military revolutionary Commissariat decided
"To organize the first paramedic station in the village", while removing the priest's house and putting a paramedic there.
During the formation of the Makinsky district, 3 outpatient clinics and 3 hospitals with a total number of 47 beds were engaged in receiving and treating patients,
6 paramedic and midwifery stations. The medical staff consisted of 3 doctors, 12 paramedics, 18 nurses and 5 midwives, a total of 51 people.
With the transfer of the district center to Makinsk, the Makinsk district hospital was opened.
