Recall that the application for the appointment of pension payments for age is submitted 10 days before the retirement age to the front offices of the state Corporation "Government for citizens". To do this, you must pre-book a queue at the PSC on the egov portal.kz or via the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot.
In addition, today, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the state Corporation has considered the possibility of applying for a pension remotely, by submitting an electronic appeal on the portal eGov.kz
To submit an application in this way, a citizen must log in to the egov portal.kz by means of the electronic digital signature. Then choose the service "Electronic appeals" and order the service online. Then fill in personal information, including postal address, phone number, service name, etc.
After that, you need to upload scanned copies of documents (you can find out the necessary list in the contact center 1414 or in the section "Standards of public services" on the website gov4c.kz), including a statement with the service recipient's personal signature. In the column "to Whom?" - specify the Branch of NAO "State Corporation" Government for citizens".
At the end of the application, you need to sign the EDS.
