Information and ideological support of the activities of local Executive bodies in key areas of domestic policy, including the implementation of state policy in the field of education, health, social security and protection of the population, employment, inter-ethnic and inter-religious harmony, youth policy, promotion of state symbols in the language, information, cultural, gender and family-demographic spheres; the implementation of systems of practical and other measures aimed at ensuring political stability, national unity and consolidation of society, formation of healthy lifestyle, and combating drug addiction; information and analytical, organizational and technical support of large socially significant events in the region; organization in the city activities of outreach groups for the explanation of annual messages of the President to people of Kazakhstan and other strategic documents, information and methodological support outreach groups; interaction with political parties, non-governmental organizations, human rights and other public organizations, trade unions, mass media, scientific and creative community, public opinion leaders; analysis and forecasting of the socio-political situation in the city, including monitoring the activities of political parties, other public associations and organizations.
