Civil defense

Civil defense is an integral part of the state civil protection system designed to implement a nationwide set of measures carried out in peacetime and wartime to protect the population and territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the effects of damaging (destructive) factors of modern means of destruction, natural and man-made emergencies.
