Appeals continue to be one of the most important tools for interaction between public authorities and individuals and legal entities. Appeals should be considered as one of the most important institutions for the protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests by individuals and legal entities. Citizens' appeals are a "feedback", an opportunity to express their own opinion about current events, processes, make suggestions for improvement and simply realize their other rights and interests.
The administrative procedures for reviewing appeals from individuals and legal entities are clearly regulated and unified.
The right of citizens to apply directly and through their representatives, to apply personally, as well as to send individual and collective appeals to the office of the akim of the Birzhan Sal district is implemented in the following ways:
